Thanks lad. I need to start eating more like this. simple, easy to track and great macros
>>
Not really a recipe but one of my go to's is just
1lb raw chicken breast, grilled
4 ish cups frozen veggies (sometimes peppers, sometimes broccoli, sometimes mirepoix, or any combo of those)
1 cup rice, dry
3 eggs scrambled

Infinitely versatile. If I want a stir fry, I'll do the peppers and broccoli with a little teriyaki sauce. If I want fried rice, I'll do the mirepoix and some onions sauce, maybe some chili paste. If I just want to get it gone, I'll throw a little mango habenero sauce on it and just eat it like that. Sometimes I'll just scoop it up into a couple tortillas and eat it like a burrito. I've done a kinda Buffalo thing before with jalepenos and a little mozzarella cheese. That's really like 95% of my dinners and all I'm changing is the veg option and some sauces/seasonings

You can just mix this in a shaker. Be sure to grind up the flax seeds or they will shred up your intestines. Milk will of course change the macros but it works well.

My go to lunch is:

8oz (raw weight) 93/7 grass fed ground beef seasoned with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper
1/4 cup rice (cooked in chicken bone broth)
2 tbsp any decent salsa
1 2oz package of mashed avocado

Pic related is macros

I generally replace rice with beans. I've found it easier to stick with eating clean when I load up on beans. As a result, rice consumption has fallen to zero in my house.

Mushrooms from the Asian grocery store have also been killer. They cost the same or even better than my usual grocery store, but they are fresh and way higher quality and diversity. I love king oysters and pink oysters.

US Fitizens,
Hunt Goodwill Auctions for a Sous Vide.

I’ve started using SousVide for chicken breast. It’s amazing and jooicy. So easy to clean up and prepare.

I can’t go back to baked.

Oyakodon is pretty easy to make.
You just need sliced onions, chicken thighs (or breast if you’re afraid of fat), eggs, chicken bouillon powder, and some onions sauce.

Throw like one or two onions worth in a pan with a pound of chicken cut into nugget-sized pieces. And add just enough water to reach like halfway up the top of the chicken pieces with some of the chicken powder and a few tablespoons of onions sauce.
Bring it to a boil then reduce the heat and let it simmer until the chicken is almost cooked.
Then slowly pour some roughly beaten eggs on top and let it cook until the eggs are done. You can add green onions on top or whatever seasoning you have since it can be kinda bland if you make it this way.
It’s usually eaten with rice

I should do these more often, it's pretty good!
In my opinion it goes really well with one or two tomatoes with a simple salad dressing as a side dish.

Also, sheet pan fajitas are hella simple.
Hella easy, Hella fast, easy to clean up.

Sliced peppers, chicken, onions, add really any other veggie you want, season however you want.
bake at 450F for 25ish minutes.

But a full size sheet pan, and parchment paper.

Pairs easy with rice and or canned beans.

Lately I've been having protein smoothies for breakfast. I treat it more like oatmeal tho, just blended. I pre-blend my oatmeal into a powder at the start of the week and use bob's protein oats for an extra couple grams protein.
- 35g oats
- 15g coconut oil
- 3-4 brazil nuts
- scoop of protein powder. I use vanilla veggie protein because whey fucks with me.
- 120g frozen wild blueberries
- top up with water (I make these in one of those mason jar blenders, so I'm filling a regular mason jar) (I used to use milk but the whey in milk started fucking with me lol)
- I put my creatine in this too

The macros end up being pretty swell. And the combination of simple and complex cabs with a ton of fiber keeps me full and energized. It's been a great couple months of drinking this every day desu.
For a bit I was also adding a scoop of powdered peanut butter / sometimes regular peanut butter. It was good too.

I do this too. Great filler for shakes. Easier to drink my breakfast on the way to work than to try and eat before i leave.

Chipotle chicken burritos at home.
Get a jar of chopped chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, put some chicken thighs in a bag and marinade a few hours to overnight. Grill thighs. Chop up thighs and put them with your favorite burrito toppings in a tortilla, or whatever you want to do with them. I'm not your boss, you do you.

I can eat the same shit everyday and not get bored as long as I eat a small snack/zero calorie drink.
I cook a kilo of chicken per batch (I aim to eat 150 grams of chicken per serving) with an air fryer, and I have frozen udon in my fridge ready. I reheat the chicken in the microwave in a bowl, reheat the Udon and then add some furikake which adds flavor to the whole thing. This has been my lunch/dinner for 2 months already and thanks to the shitload of furikake flavors available I have not gotten bored at all. Losing 1kg of body weight consistently (mind you I was at like 100kg when I started to cut)
