I literally cant do conventional deadlifts without terribly rounding my back over and hurting my back, but I can do sumo deadlifts with perfect form and it feels amazing, no pain, and my back is perfectly straight throughout the entire lift

Why is this the case?

is it because im a manlet? (5'7) with short arms? I have noticed a lot of other manlets tend to deadlift sumo stance, while tall guys tend to deadlift conventional stance, why is this the case?

Back rounding isn't bad

Basically your have weak hamstrings and lower back. Sumo is pretty much a squat, not a deadlift

I can max out the lying leg curl machine for sets of like 20 and my hamstring size is very big

I'm also a manlet, same height, you just have shit mobility or coordination.
