Do you mix types of cardio throughout the week? I need a superb VO2 max for wrestling so i don't know if I should bother with long duration cardio or just sprintmax. I also have to think about recovery because obviously the gym and wrestling practice are demanding. Easier to recover from long duration, but short burst cardio seems to be more beneficial for everything.
I would suffocate during high intensity cardio due to rhinitis, it's over
