Is OHP/DB Shoulder Press even worth the time and effort?

You're already working the Front Delta whenever you Bench. It's a small muscle. Wouldn't adding more Lateral or Rear Delt exercises be more beneficial?

Dumbbell OHP is good, but it becomes a problem to dumbbell press 2 large dumbbells at the same time, so 1-Arm Standing Dumbbell Presses are better for long-term progression than a standard seated dumbbell press

Overall the best OHP is with barbell, with 1-arm standing db presses coming in 2nd.

There's no reason to do OHP, sadly. Even olympic weightlifters ditch OHP for flat bench. If you want more shoulder focus then do incline bench and if you want even more then do front/lateral/rear delt raises.

I have not touched flat bench in the past 2 years, I do barbell OHP twice a week. Bench is gay. OHP is king.

My favorite shit is military press, i dont really see many other people doing it or strict. Also db shoulders a ton of people are doing incline bench, sure it still builds shoulders and better than others at certain aspects but every lift shouldnt be a pissing contest thats how you limit gains.
