I'm going to do water-fasting with 50g 100% protein a day. How will I die? Kidney stones?

Depends on how long you do it. If you supplement in some essential fats you'd be fine, except that isnt enough protein to support anyone.

the adult Estimated Average Requirement (EAR) for protein is ~0.66 g/kg/day. So 50 g/day meets or exceeds the EAR for anyone ≲ 75.8 kg (50÷0.66)

50g is the good boy amount of protein globally

Typical adult EAR/AR multipliers

WHO/FAO/UNU: 0.66 g/kg/d (EAR/AR); 0.83 g/kg/d “safe/PRI”.

EU (EFSA): 0.66 g/kg/d (AR); 0.83 g/kg/d (PRI).

US/Canada (IOM/DRI): 0.66 g/kg/d (EAR); 0.80 g/kg/d (RDA).

Australia/New Zealand (NRVs): EAR ≈ 0.68 g/kg/d (men), 0.60 g/kg/d (women); RDIs 0.84/0.75.

If you're not gonna do a pure water fast you might aswell throw in some fats for your hormones and low carb veg to get more nutrients. It wont add up to many more calories
