You might be able to get more of one specific nutrient by supplementing, but meat has them all at once, so unless you're willing to pay for a dozen different supplements of dubious effectiveness, you're much better off just eating meat.
Plus, in the majority of cases there's no evidence that most of these isolated nutrients in a powder even work, as opposed to taking them in their natural form where they work together in synergy.
Most supplements have very weak evidence supporting them. Correlation studies and other forms of pseudo-evidence.

Skill issue. It's true that animal-based foods have fewer micronutrients these days due to the poor quality of the feed these animals get, but you can compensate by eating more organs, finding better sources, and avoiding plant-based foods with antinutrients (most of them).

So while plasma levels increase, the body pisses it out to maintain homeostasis.

You have to take citrulline.
We do not know why you have to take citrulline, hints the arginine paradox.
