I've recently added ~35lbs in the past 2 months and lifts are going up nicely, body is growing steadily all over and my tape measurements are improving well. I've been eating relatively clean for breakfast lunch and dinner, and I drink one can of condensed milk in the morning with breakfast and one at night before bed which gets me an extra ~2500 calories and throughout the day I snack on cheese aiming for 1lb per day either handfuls of shredded cheddar or cutting a block up so I get probably 1500 cals average there. My only issue is my stomach looks like it's full of air all the time, it isn't particularly painful except if I crank a belt to squat/deadlift but it is annoying. My abs are perfectly visible when I flex and I have shoulder and biceps veins popped so I'm definitely lean but the bloat is ridiculous. Help?
bulking is a meme. a small caloric surplus maximizes any potential muscular benefits
>>7678255635 lbs in 2 months means you're just getting fat. Your stomach looks big because you're fat. Learn to bulk properly faggot.
>>76782612>>76782639Could you post body to show us how it's done properly then?
>>76782653I agree with this anon but I also gotta see the dumpster fire body OP has made for himself

>>76783219>>76782556OP claims shoulder/bicep veins and abs over a fat belly, I suspect he's blasting gear but who knows. How much shit you running dude?
