lifting 4 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Thrusday, Friday) ok? No cardio, and only rest at Weekends + Wednesday. Does that give me enough rest time to recover?

I'm currently doing M W F to igive me a day in between, but it's been 6 weeks with no visible changes at all. I know that's not a lot of time, but there's zero progress. Not even a teeny tiny baby bump on my biceps and I'm afraid the 3 day workout isn't, well.. working out.

it's workable
what is your split
>>

you can do 7 days a week. this whole recovery thing doesn't apply to you. you ain't never pushing urself hard enough to do that. i could prolly do ur workout routine twice a day. so stop bitching or worrying about having enough to time to recover and actually push ur ass like ur world is ending tomorrow.

I do full body 3x weekly and it works well for me. What's your routine? How long does it take you?

Why do jobless neets post shit like this but never post their body?
CNS fatigue is a real thing, and if you don't experience it, it's because all you do is sit on your ass all day, posting nonsense like this on /fit/.

Anyone who goes more than 5 times a week is one of the following
>mentally ill gymcel with no other hobbies or commitments
>unemployed
>>
>>76784189
Not even world class athletes work out 5 times a week except few months before competition and they constantly drip something directly into their blood that makes their recovery inhuman.
I wouldn't be surprised if DYELs I see at my gym show up there everyday, I wouldn't know if they do.

>CNS fatigue is a real thing
No it isn't. You must have low blood sugar.
>>
>>76784209
Everyone who lifts weights has low blood sugar by the end of the workout.

I don't know what keeps you morons going unless you're trying to demotivate people from bettering themselves. Frequency is the least important variable in exercise, but if you do something every day it becomes routine, so it's mentally easy.

Every day on /fit/ a retard says more than 3x/week is too much, but 4.5 hours is 4.5 fucking hours whether it's in two days or seven days.

I accept your concession. CNS fatigue isn't real, but you get fatigued in 30 mins, curious?

Stop trying to win arguments with ChatJeetPT.
>>
>>76784229
Stop being a DYEL who lifts baby weights that burn ketones instead of glycogen and you will understand what I mean.

>i don't always work out, but when i do, it's until i can't move because that's optimal programming
Fucking idiot.
>>
>>76784235
Feel free to post body that reaches failure after 30 mins in the gym.

Please invent your own third world internet.

Failure means that I have to drop weight on the floor and the "rep" that made me do it didn't count.

I always did 3-4x a week with U/L or biased full body splits. Did short spurs of x5 but never stuck to it. I lift 1/2/3/4+2pl8 chins for reps which is mediocre to anybody that lifts semi seriously for 2+ years which excludes 99.99% of /fit/ posters
