Oats are not healthy. They are an incredibly processed food with little to no micronutrients (i.e. the basis for which makes food nutritious). Look at >>76784205 - just straight carbs that turns into sugar. Even that little amount of iron more than likely isn't very bioavaible, which is also the case for a lot of plant products. Just because a label says something doesn't mean that's what your body absorbs. Inb4 some retard says "but your body can use that as fuel!!1". Also, people do not eat oats raw for the same reasons they don't eat veggies raw. Because it tastes like shit.
