Yes, but not like what you posted. That image is clearly a female advertising junior executive's mental picture of what a "cool guy" tech bro with a standing desk would want and look like, and it wouldn't support the weight of a real computer.

Get one of the adjustable ones - aim for the three-stage designs for maximum up-and-downy-ness, and make sure it's heavy duty enough to support the weight of your triple monitor ultra-atx autismo setup.
