>tl;dr help me regain my motivation for the gym

Been lifting for seven years. Got into motorcycled three years ago and my love for the gym just hasn't been the same ever since. I used to lift 9-12 hours a week. It was my high. Nothing can compare to the high of motorcycles and my motivation for the gym never recovered. I still keep a regular gym schedule but basically stopped caring about progressing and I've just maintained since. My head is not in it when I'm there. Too busy thinking about motorcycles or the other work I have going on when I get home. I don't get the same hit from lifting that I used to.

I fear that it's fully over and will never be the same.
Anybody else go through sitting similar? How did you regain your drive?
At least I didn't quit going, there is that. A lot of people would just quit.

Then quit. No one gives a shit. The paramedics who drag your corpse out of a ditch will be too grossed out by the gore to mire. For women it's a plus but unless you look like a God it's not going to be a deal maker or breaker. Unless you're a pro athlete or a model there's no outside motivation to justify the time money and effort that lifting costs either do it for yourself or don't.

Get a riding buddy who is also into lifting. Alternatively get into Enduro, you'll need to work out to keep up.

Do NOT go to the gym or else you will have to adjust your suspension and buy new gear and have a worse power to weight ratio

You will get mires though especially if you squid

Alternatively develop a healthy amount of vanity, ego, or learn to dislike what your body looks like when you are not lifting.

I got in a minor crash couple years back right around New Year's when I hadn't been to the gym for 3 weeks and had been eating a bunch because of Christmas and I'm always annoyed that all the cool road rash pictures I sent to my friends didn't look leaner

Are you 12? The reason you won't see Obama or Marc Marquez squat 2pl8 isn't because they are less enlightened than Rippetoe and you. You're delusional if you think lifting and being swole is a net gain to your health. Go take a walk and do stretches if you want to be healthy.
