Youre actually probably a lot fatter than you think, dehydration effects fat cells. And you wont even really gain muscle without being hydrated+carbed up.

I cant think of a worse way to try and lift than going on youtube, bb.com, or reddit. Then you probably even dont even lift technique wise correctly to to gain muscle and its all tendon strength. Yes I was stuck in this cycle listening to males who do mdma and have developed nipples.

Just fully commit to whatever you're doing bro

So many make the mistake of saying theyre bulking, but then they barely bulk and gain like 7lbs, then they cut again because they're afraid of getting fat. Then ultimately they come out of that having gained nothing, and repeat that forever. That's why you end up with people who have lifted for 5 or 6 years still barely out of novice. It's just part of the process, you've gotta accept looking like shit for a few months if you wanna eventually cut down and be jacked

And for beginners, you have no business cutting if you're not even at 1/2/3/4 yet. So many will cut while their max bench is 1.5pl8, and they've got fuck all to cut down to, then they end up skelly but with some abs at best, skinnyfat at worst
