>VO2 Max
How is this a subtype?
>>

You can do the rest and not have that.
>>
Hypertrophy should be a subtype.

Erectile Tissue Max
Semen Volume
Sphincter Tension
Perineal Strength

Very based.

it's the most important fitness marker for all endurance sports and it's also pretty much untrainable beyond just getting leaner
you might be able to move up from a v02max of 50 to 55 but you'll never be able to work your way up to an elite level of 80 that tour de france cyclists have
>>
>>76788529
just abuse asthma inhalers and blood infusions like every single tour de france cyclist has
>>
Central nervous system activation should be as subtype.

failure-state maximization (dogcrapp with amrap supersets, 1RM only Mentzer, similar guys that view 99% of gym time as completely wasted)
anti-glycolytic training and exercise-phobics like Ray Peat and some other youtube gym-is-killing-you meme. Lactic acid buildup comes with free hydrogen ions that destroy your body because your glycolytic energy system doesn't clean up after itself, so deemphasize it in favor of other energy systems (AGT) or avoid it entirely (Peat etal.)
3d body - parts of: connective tissue, fascia, tendons, force transfer through internal muscles, automatic intra-abdominal pressure, whole body as an integrated part of every movement.

>and it's also pretty much untrainable
Except for, you know, doing cardio.

Very interesting. I'd love to hear you explain all in incredible depth.

If you only want to explain one what is "anti-glycolytic and exercise phobic?"

dogcrapp is a popular workout protocol, just look it up. Solomon Nelson has a pretty good tutorial on it but it's in one of his longer interviews with Lyle MacDonald. https://ringstrongfitness.com/watch/ is a long salespitch to have the guy as your personal trainer but he sells the POV well.
Ray Peat and other exercise phobes think that intense exercise is killing you because of the lactic acid buildup that they think it requires. AGT also avoids lactic acid buildup but is doing that in the pursuit of getting stronger, not as a phobia. Pavel Tsatsouline has books and a course that push his AGT protocols, stuff like: "do 20 sets of 6 hand-to-hand kettlebell swings at max intensity, on the minute", and he explains it as a way of strengthening alternative ATP-replenishing systems: CP, and aerobic.
the last isn't really concentrated on /fit/ but any sentiment against isolation movements or machines is taking this perspective.

You might enjoy Ingram Fry. He has a no view YouTube channel where he supports 1 rep per week per muscle group for growth. He's a big potassium chloride truther.

this is literally the entire philosophy underpinning "crossfit"

the importance of coordination is overlooked btw. I couldn't throw a straight left punch to save my life.

Arnold Schwarzenegger would pose between sets and he thought it helped him build muscular control.

Sure, but it's probably better to train them all separately instead of trying to speedrun it all at once.
