i shoot 1-2 deer a year. $30 tag transforms into a freezer full of lean protein, just end up buying veggies, spices, and other perishables

>prespiced bean/rice mixes
>the occasional fast food
>shrimp
>cheese

EQUIPMENT
>rice cooker
>slow cooker
>pot/pan with lid
>sheet tray for oven
Slow cookers are at your local thrift store for $5. Throw a carb, a protein, and a fuckload of veg in in the morning with boullion cubes and water, come back after work to a whole ass meal that you can put into a to go container for lunch/breakfast the next day.
Or throw a bunch of potato, protein, and other veg into a sheet pan after putting a little oil on it, and bake it for an hour at 375.
Rice cookers will save you the most money by far, just learn how to make rice in one through some asian youtubers or something.
Learn how to fry your food. It's not hard. Youtube exists.
