>>76786973boxers usually do 3 minutes of jumprope, then 30-40 seconds. they do this three times as a warmup.personally i just do this as many rounds as I can. throw in some double unders, cross overs, boxerskip, and skip fast.there's really not much of a "jump rope program" dude. you just fucking skip for as long as you can or however time you got.but honestly, you shouldn't just jumprope, go running, swimming, mountaing biking and shit. both LIIT and HIIT have their place but you are overthinking shit my man.

>>76786973There's no program to it, just do it whatever you want. Either long, low impact sessions or short, high intensity. Needless to say low intensity is better for body building, you lose less muscle.
