Skinny people just don't eat. Most of my skinny friends never have breakfast and maybe eat two full meals a day with a snack in between, it's not even healthy food either it's mostly junk but they just don't eat a lot. I always ask them if they're hungry and they say no, that is larp right? they're basically starving themselves to stay skinny....right?
>>76787514people who are fat are addicted to the dopamine response the food gives them. the taste is something they enjoy, and that sensation releases feel good chemicals that they can receive readily an cheaply any time. the difference today, between fat and skinny people, is that one side gets there dopamine from the taste and satisfaction of food, and the other gets it from other shit that doesn't affect their weight. this is why you have never seen a fat heroin addict.
My cousin and I are the same height, but im 200lbs and jacked and his 120lbs and skeletorI got him into lifting and even just getting 2,000 calories a day was impossible for him. By 800 calories he was already starting to feel full and like he can't eat anymore. He would get to 2,000 and start to feel sickly and be cramping/holding his stomach. He ended up quitting the gym because he couldn't handle even the basic calorie intake to make lifting worth even bothering with.
They're just low carb and eat satiating things like meat. Fatties binge on carbs all day and never satisfy their hunger.
>>76787514>eating 3 times a day is strange and unusualholy shit how fat are you
Your skinny friends just have issues with digestion or metabolism.Normal skinny people eat a lot. They just eat healthy foods.
>>76787580Ok how does +40lbs on military press in <5months sound to you? What about bulking every day for a month and throttling with extra lifting rather than "putting down the fork?">exaggerationNot even, both are assumed 1rms given fatigue levels.
>>76787514It literally just varies from person to person anon. I went from being able to eat whatever I want and since I excercised wouldnt gain a pound. Now im 31, and unless I eat 1500 calories or less a day I won't lose a pound. My brother on the other hand who is 6'1 as well is still at my high school weight of 175 and struggles to gain weight im 210 on the other hand. My girlfriend is also a big un 5'11 and 170, her diet is abysmal drinks soda and eats chips and fries, but she also doesnt feed herself all the time and constantly will have forgotten to eat the night prior, she should weight like 145, but she doesn't. Fucking life's a bitch que no
>>76787514No, they aren't larping and most of skinny people are skinny because of genetic
Skelebro here. If I didn't actively try to eat as much as possible I'd be on 1500 kcals a day. Been on about 2500 mostly clean and put on 15kg in a couple years but yeah consistently hitting 3k would be impossible without force feeding myself ice cream every night.
I LIVE IN CONSTANT HUNGER I CAN GO FROM BEING IN A 600 CALORIE DEFICIT TO A SURPLUS IN A COUPLE MINUTES WITHOUT EVEN BATTING A FUCKING EYE IF I GIVE IN HOW THE FUCK DO SOME PEOPLE JUST HAVE NO APPETITE
>>76787514>I always ask them if they're hungry and they say no, that is larp right? they're basically starving themselves to stay skinny....right?I eat two meals a day and feel zero hunger between them, and very little before or after them for that matter. It is not work and it is not suffering; it comes naturally. Constant hunger pangs mean you crave nutrients you're missing, are a sugar addict, have a horribly imbalanced microbiome, or all of the above. Sort that shit out before getting serious about fitness or it will drag you down.
>>76787514I was one of these guys through my teens and early 20's before getting into lifting. Weighed like 145lbs at 6' and would eat crap like McDonald's, pizza, pop tarts but then wouldn't even think about food for another 12+ hours.
>>76787514I've been 6'1 since I was 15. In high school I weighed 120lbs. The typical "could eat anything and not gain weight" guy. But really, it just meant I would eat one significant meal per day and maybe a light snack here and there. If someone saw me eat that one big meal, they might infer I ate that way all day. I didn't. I just don't have a strong hunger response. Plus I was very active. I was still only about 140lbs at 25 years old, when I decided to start working out. I had to basically force feed myself to gain weight and make any progress in the gym. If I get distracted, I could easily go all day without eating and barely feel hungry at the end of the day.
Thin people just don't see being a bit hungry for a while as a big deal. The idea of needing to eat constantly is ridiculous. How would early humans survive like that? Imagine if an animal "needed" breakfast.
>>76788936It's this. I usually just have a bowl of cereal for breakfast, and I usually start feeling hungry about an hour to forty five minutes before lunch. People like OP weigh 400 pounds because they're snacking on shit literally every second of the fucking day, because even the tiniest twinge of hunger is the end of the world to them.
What I eat in a typical weekday, 130lb male:Breakfast: -Almonds (50 grams)-Apple-BananaLunch: -Carrot-Seaweed-AppleDinner:-Whole grain spaghetti (85 grams) with a tablespoon of olive oil-Ground beef (200 grams, lean, drained)-Cantaloupe (half melon)-Salmon fillet (100 grams)-More fruit and vegetables until bedtime
>>76789110Sounds really healthy dude.
>>76787514>breakfastNo wonder you're a fat fuck. You fell for the meme.
>>76787514You're not hungry, you're just a sugar addict.Stop sugar and you'll stop cravings.
>>76787514skinny people significantly underestimate what they actually eatbut if you're used to that you don't noticet. still skinnyish but a lot less than i was a few years agoi'm also tall which i think affects things, being short and skinny seems a lot less common than being tall because you have to eat more if you're taller obviously
>>76788110Very similar to me. I used to weigh something like 65kg, now I'm about 80 but that was a real concentrated effort to get there. Now I can maintain my weight at roughly 2500 calories without thinking about it too much. But when I was trying to actively gain weight I had to force myself especially at night to gain the last 500 or so calories if I was aiming for 3-3.2k cals.
>>76787514>high base metabolic rate>less food driven/less sensitive to hunger hormones>learned healthy eating habits as a kid (portion control, eating slowly, stopping when full, etc)i had a friend who was a skeleton build but was always sucking down mountain dew, ate junk food, and pretty much just played video games and jacked off all day. i can only guess that the junk food was 95% of his diet if he was drinking 750+ calories of soda every day
>>76790867People do not have different base metabolic rates. We all are at the same temperature.
>>76790880wrong
>>76790880correct
>>76787514Obviously
>>76787651bullshit. skellies eat garbage like sodas and chips but they get full after like 3 chips. skinnies just don't have much of an appetite that's it
Skinnier people usually have good things going on in their life so they don't need food to feel happy. Getting a gf will get you lean in no time
>>76790880Correct, the individual variation is only around 300 calories, tops
>>76791027Nah, I'm an absolute skeltor and don't have anything going for me. Long hot showers is the closet feeling I get to contact with other humans. That and curling up under blankets and just closing my eyes.
>>76787514I didn't eat a lot my whole life inremeber it the feeling of starvation in grade 7 but you eventually just get used to it. It becomes the norm. I'm more comfy with nothing in my stomach then a mid meal. Danbo Ramen I could probably explode eating tho.
>>76791027My brother was skinny and become obese after getting married
>>76787514>starving to be skinnyDehydrated is cut, stay carbed up and shit and keep lifting. 1wk of hard gains and then talk to me im yolked do some hypertrophy.
>>76789110>130lb >malenopeI can easily overpower and make you my bitch
>>76787514I'm 18.7 bmi. Milk is enough for breakfast, and I eat a lot of meat and dairy for my meals which makes me full fast.
