>finally benched 3pl for reps natty today
>always thought of it as my final lifting goal
>feel nothing

Do you have chest definition? I used to bench 2pl8 and had no chest, made me not want to continue
>>
>>76787535
Yes. Mine was kinda good even at 2pl, even better now. Same with shoulders, just genetics.
To be honest I don’t really care much about muscles, I’ve been married for a long time and have a kid. Increasing strength is what’s fun for me
>>
only one more pl8 until it's bodyweight
>>
>>76787543
doesn't sound like it's feeling very fun for you
>>
>>76787522
good, be a cold psychopath, this prepares you for what is to come. keep lifting.
>>
>>76787522
You're free.
You're done it.
Now maintain it as long as you can
>>
>>76787608
That’s the thing. I want to go further but not sure where to stop. 4pl might not be realistic for me natty and i’m not gonna roid
>>
>>76787635
Maybe focus on a different movement/muscle group then.
>>
>>76787522
Congrats on 90% bodyweight bench brah, WAGMI
>>
>>76787522
Maybe switch it up and try doing endurance based goals? Once I stopped gymceling and training for an Iron Man I felt like I was having a lot more fun.
>>
>>76787522
lmao4pl8s might do it

THE RIDE NEVER ENDS
>>
>>76787673
Yeah, Im actually spamming heavy weighted pullups, trying to manage a one-handed pullup next year
>>76788159
Just don't enjoy endurance. Rarely go above 5 reps.
Even for cardio i only do 10-15min in zone 4-5 on stairmaster, anything below 85% of max BPM i get bored.
>>
>>76788256
your mind training is a main component of endurance training. why do you get bored? endurance training is primarily mind based you need to train your mind slowly increase time walking standing etc. your mind will adapt to doing shit and you can slowly increase the intensity its hard to shock yourself in endurance training or ahould be
>>
>>76787522
How long did it take you? I can’t even bench one.
