Should I quit these? They are my only vice in life and I don't feel like giving them up but they cost me a lot of money each month and I feel like they're killing my blood circulation.

You answered your own fucking question you imbecile.

Quit if you want
Don't quit if you don't want to

You're like a fucking woman.

Yes, smoke and die of lung cancer like a man.
>>
Replace it with caffeine addiction, and then some other less harmful addiciton. The trick to quitting is not to quit all addictions, its to keep trading down

What is that, coke?

Nicotine pouches like Zyn. They're disgusting and will make your gums/cheeks bleed.
>>

agree with this. Caffeine is the most normie addiction ever, doesnt actually fuck up your dopamine system, all caffeine does is stops release of the tiredness chemical in your brain rather than nicotine which makes dopamine release

I think anything that tempers dopamine in your brain is dangerous because if you mess with your reward system you will find you are less motivated, fatter, lazier, slower, basically everything cascades and gets worse if your brain is less motivated to naturally seek stuff

>but they cost me a lot of money
Save that money to buy them when you're old to stave off dementia, as a young man you don't need nicotine.

Can they really be used for reconditioning yourself? I'd love to pick up meditation for real, thinking of buying some pouches for it

They are. I started smoking at 12 and never had much interest in sex until I quit at 49. I now fuck like an absolute beast.

I'm 100% not kidding, your old lady will thank you.
>>
>quitting nicotine brings on insomnia
Well I didn't expect that one. I thought my sleep was going to improve, not the other way around.
>>
>>76787757
neither my gums nor cheeks bleed from them, but them being in there so long sometimes makes the skin on the insides of my upper lips peel off and it's like i'm getting a little snack.

Once you have your vices you are set in your ways forever. You need nicotine like it's a hobby now.
>>
>>76787813
Nicotine withdrawals peak after 4-7 days of stopping. After week 2 the urges calm down. However, you will never get off the ride. If you manage to be nicotine free after the first 2 weeks you'll still get the urge to want to pop a nicotine pouch every couple of months or so, until forever. That's reality of nicotine addiction.

>t. smoker, chewer, vaper, now nicotine pouch user
