I badly broke my arm and couldn't lift for two years. I lost all my strength. Im 20% body fat. The thing I tried recouping and my strength absolutely crashed and started to reverse. But I need to cut so I can do sex with girls. But the strength I've rebuilt so far was hard fought and I cant lose it
