I badly broke my arm and couldn't lift for two years. I lost all my strength. Im 20% body fat. The thing I tried recouping and my strength absolutely crashed and started to reverse. But I need to cut so I can do sex with girls. But the strength I've rebuilt so far was hard fought and I cant lose it

First of all there is nothing "normal" about low body fat percentage. It is COMPLETELY unnatural and a social performative ritual. Don't get it twisted for a second

Strength actually has importance in day to day tasks so I cant throw it out completely

But how do I know when my strength base is solid enough ? I dont get as much visual feedback because im fat. I mainly just notice my lifts going up( and they did significantly with a bulk, like it does work)
