If you had twins and one lifted since 10yo hed be thicker and wider, levers are huge and being tall/long arms means the fulcrum has more shearing torque. I also have an easy time putting on arm/shoulder mass since its a lower load on tendons for hypertrophy but bench is my weak point easily with tendon pain after any heavy session.
