Low carb SUCKS!! I did it for a while and i lost weight initially but every training session was such a miserable slogfest with no progress and i kept cheating because i was craving carbs all the time. I'm doing low fat now and supplementing carbs and i'm PRing at the gym every goddamn time i go and i feel strong. I'm still hungry of course because i'm in a caloric deficit but atleast my training doesn't feel like a chore anymore. Looking forward to my next lipid panel desu senpai.
You're a food junkie, your body can replenish enough with the fats and also use them for hormon synthesis. You're also a noob so any kind of energy will make you hit PR every week. Insulin junkie.
>>76788766i'm not a noob at training, i was a powerlifter for 10 years fatmaxxing and now i'm slimming down focusing on calisthenics, i weigh 105kg and can do 20 pull ups. I guess eating a bunch of lard and becoming """(((fat adapted)))""" works if all you do is jog for 30km at a snail's pace. Eat shit, faggot.
>>76788750You just summoned the keto-trannies coming to shill a diet literally against evolution's preselected source of energy.
>>76788791They're retarded, lost in the sauce. If being in keto works for their lifestyle and training then whatever. It didn't for me. I need carbs for 100+ pull ups and a bunch of other shit.
YesFasting toot. ex keto advocate and ex fasting advocate
>>76788791Keto is a meme diet for suburban moms. Keto is idiotic if you have any type of athletic goal
>>76788835it works for sedentary women or extreme endurance slow pace athletes i suppose, not for me.
>>76788865Endurance athletes love carbs. They bring gel packs full of sugar to slurp down while training and during competition. I'm sure you can cherry pick and find an athlete that doesn't, but carbs are a staple in athletics, endurance sports especially
>>76788883Interesting, i guess there's no good reason to do k*to
>>76788883i think these days a lot of them train without carbs and then use them in competitiondon't really know/care enough about the topic to reply again tbdesu
>>76788932Never heard of one training without carbs except the diabetics who need not apply.
