So ive been waking up and exercising in my basement with body weight exercises and free weights in the morning for the past 2 weeks and i rlly enjoy it however whenever i try and eat food it is a struggle and i feel sick. This is most apparent when i drink milk but it even happens eating plain rice. What should i do. I struggle to get my daily calories cuz i genuinely just hate consuming so i try and split my meals up evenly so i never have to sit and eat for like 30 minutes straight but im worried im hurting my body since i get all dizzy and need to lie down. Mind you i dont feel any of this until i eat.

"Filling with blood" happens via the dilation of targeted blood vessels, they widen and you have more and better blood flow to the targeted area. But you have a limited amount of blood, and more widened blood vessels means lower blood pressure. When blood pressure's too low, blood stops getting to places you really want it to get, like all of your major organs.
You're probably also not having a great time from fasted exercise tanking your blood sugar. Why don't you just exercise after eating? Wake up, break your fast, chill for a bit, then exercise.

yeah see a doctor. If you don't have one, you don't need to go to the ER, just look for a local walk-in clinic. Fast that morning and get some blood drawn while you're there.
