i normally tried to get like 70 - 80g protein in daily.
now i do around 40g, which is just casual healthy eating.
lifts are the same, regeneration is a bit slower desu.
how is this even possible?

the only "extra" protein i consume now is 2 glasses of milk daily.
breakfast is oatmeal or oatmeal and dinner is always random combination of carbs/protein/fat + salad

Yes, the 1g - 1.5g per protein was bullshit marketing. If you don't train like elite bodybuilder or athletes, you don't need to do any of that shit.
