You can try progressing to 3x12 inverted hangs, if you do it controlled, you should feel every ab muscle working to hold you in position as you go from a dead hang all the way to being inverted.

This particular ab machine is also super good for abs if your gym has one

Pretty much in the same spot, and if I'm completely honest with myself it's because I keep bingeing rather than just sitting at a deficit and consciously training lower abs and obliques.
Been training with a dude who's only focused on upper body for the last year as well. Getting a home gym together so I can train in peace and at my own pace, and work towards my own goals.

You'll get there dude, have you got the Adonis belt outline happening? That's basically your 'gonna make it' signal and you just need to double down on the discipline and get autistic about your diet and training schedule
