If you are dyel fat then loss body fat while lifting and eat enough protein. Take breaks every 2-3 months and do a steady loss (1% of your bodymass per week). When you reach 15%ish bf then you will have enough experience lifting and dieting that you will be able to decide what's good for you.

Always look to the upper arm/bicep for the telltale sign. She adjusted her top to fit correctly, sucked in her gut and tucked it into her shapewear which she also adjusted.
The bicep is the snake in the grass for these people for it cannot be tuck'd and will betray a silver-tongued deceiver. A stomach may be tuck'd, a jawline pushed out, stance carefully poised and angles craftily manipulated. Lighting may be altered and filters can alter the appearance of normality. However, no woman has upper arms like that while enjoying a svelte physical form.
