I want to become wide, I don't care much for muscle mass (although I should work on that too) but I want to take up more space without being a fat retard. I'm currently 6'3 and 190 pounds. What workouts should I do? I want to be wide like Sam Hyde

Spam lats and side delts. I did this and many people noticed. I used lower weight and a ton of volume. Like 13 sets, 10 reps of lat pulldowns. 15 sets of delt flys. I hit them like 4 times a week or more, results noticeable after like a month and a half.

What weight were you using?

Not OP, but im taking notes on the minimal weight high volume delts. Bros shit on me because of my underdeveloped delts, but my shoulder joints are completely made of glass, so whenever i train them i get hurt

It's genetics. Muscles will hardly make a difference
