I've worked out 4-5x/week for almost 3 years now, eating 2.5lbs of chicken and eggs almost every day in addition to normal meals, and sleeping 8hrs/night, yet I'm still a weak skinny fuck who can only bench 155. How do i overcome this (i'm not gonna roid). People keep saying they can reach 225 natty in under 3 months.

I do. I always do 2 sets of 11 reps, 1 set of the heaviest weight i can do even a single rep of to failure, and then that amount minus 10lbs also to failure.

Do a 2-3 reps for 5 sets on one day. Start as heavy as possible for 2 reps and then do reverse pyramid. If you could do 3 reps on the first heaviest set, increase the weight by ~5lbs next week.
Another day do 5 reps for 3 sets with 85% of your 1RM.
Make sure there're 2-3 days between bench days.

If you're still skinny you're simply not eating enough. That's it. If you're not gaining at least some fat, you won't be gaining a substantial amount of muscle.

Your body can't magically get bigger without you giving it the building blocks to put the muscle on dumby. Count calories and make a concerted effort to gain weight, do not waver.
