I've worked out 4-5x/week for almost 3 years now, eating 2.5lbs of chicken and eggs almost every day in addition to normal meals, and sleeping 8hrs/night, yet I'm still a weak skinny fuck who can only bench 155. How do i overcome this (i'm not gonna roid). People keep saying they can reach 225 natty in under 3 months.

If you could do 3 reps on the first heaviest set, increase the weight by ~5lbs next week.Another day do 5 reps for 3 sets with 85% of your 1RM.Make sure there're 2-3 days between bench days.

You need to increase mass intake to increase your mass, you're clearly not doing that. Eat more.
