I eat a lot. So if you want to be lean, kettlebell swings combined with calisthenics done daily are very good.I have stopped going to the gym all together. I was good at Deadlift. Lifting 230 kg conventional without straps at bodyweight of 77 kg. If I can still lift that weight I do not know.
