Since working out again ive experienced pain on certain muscles and tendons and am looking for ways to fix it. Specifically>knees during leg day>ankles during cardio (light jog on treadmill) >side or front delts during push lifts (especially dips and bench) I dont stretch btw, not sure if that would help
