It's getting colder. How my outdoor lifters and cal8sthenics fags doing?
>>76791903Normal cloths preferably loose to allow normal arm movement without constriction around the neck or armpits. Workout a pace below sweating but above the point where you'd get cold. Probably light cardio on the way to stay warmed up. It's a precarious balance between warmth and wetness when you don't have a wool underlayer it is manageable with practice.

Adidas tracksuit plus down vest to keep torso warm before and after working out. Also wool beanie, we lose lots of body heat from the head. As other anons mentioned layers are king. In the middle of an intense workout T-Shirt is fine.

>>76791903Strangely great, actually. With a heavy parka and snow pants, it's an additional 8lbs of clothes. I do 1-2 less reps per sets, which is not that bad. I,ve worked out in -35C weather so at that point nothing can faze me.
