What are the S tier stretches? I've been working on my dorsoflexion doing a box ankle stretches so that i can into squatting slav mode, and i feel great after doing them and it also feels pretty pleasant during them, compared to something like calf stretches which feel pretty horrible during. So getting pleasant feels while also working towards a goal makes it an S tier stretch for me. But I don't do any other stretches because i'm not really motivated for the others and i don't know which ones feel the best. Anyone got any recommendations?

Get into a deep good morning and then, while still in full flexion, yaw from side to side. Your hips will naturally shift a bit. You'll floss your sciatic nerve along the hamstring, QL, and spinal erectors. It will unfuck sciatica if you have it.

Stretching is not only useless but actually harmful unless you have a serious problem and shouldn't be done if it can be avoided.
