I'm so fucking annoyed all the benches are taken except one and it has the skinny barbell not the fat one... It feels like the bar just wants to spin all over the place while benching, does this happen to anyone else?
Why not take the bench and swap the barbell with another in the gym?
I use a 35lb women’s barbell with a slimmer handle because I found someone giving it away for free when I was building my home gym. I just add an extra 5lb plate to either side and act like it’s a standard 45lb barbell.
