It's not great it'll work for chest, triceps, biceps because they're getting used pretty hard multiple days a week even if they're only being taken to failure one. It tends to lag on back, legs and core. And you can get tendonopathies easy on shoulders from both the front/back imbalance and consecutive days of overuse also elbows. So exercise selection can be real finicky.

Personally I just hate lumping up all the lifts I hate into one day.

Doing 10 sets per muscle per workout - the bro split is absolutely retarded if you train correctly, so training close or to failure. The meaningful work is going to be in 5-6 sets, the rest are fluff dog water pump work.
Split the volume into 2 or 3 times per week (3 if you recover well enough) and you are set up for success.

I don't know why it happened but I changed my split quickly to 2x/week frequency and the gains are plentiful once again.
