I trained for one month and measured progress today.
Weight - unchanged or slightly increased
Stomach - unchanged or slightly bigger
Muscle circumference - about the same
Muscle strength - increased
This seems disappointing.
I consume 50-60g of protein per day. How to increase that?
What about your progress?
>>

you're not gonna gain significant muscle in a month. In fact it takes 3-5 years of strict commitment before one looks like they lift.
60g of protein is way too low; up it to 120g a day.
>How to increase that?
Eat more high protein foods
It's not that complicated.
As for myself I bulked too hard so i'm doing a mini cut. I just want to lose about 10lbs of water weight and maybe 1-3lbs of fat.

>you're not gonna gain significant muscle in a month
But it should be detectable with measurements?
>60g of protein is way too low; up it to 120g a day.
120g is impossible, I don't how to increase to more than 60g.
>Eat more high protein foods
Already doing that, legumes, buckwheat, peanuts, seeds.
>As for myself I bulked too hard
How to bulk? How to eat food?
>>
>>76792536
Would breed and give you a baby to temporarily make the loose skin disappear
>>

>But it should be detectable with measurements?
The only somewhat accurate way to measure muscle gain is through a dexa scan which can cost up to $300.
>120g is impossible, I don't how to increase to more than 60g.

Clearly you're not and legumes/buckwheat is inefficient. Eat more meat and dairy.
>How to bulk? How to eat food?
You shouldn't be upping the calories by a lot; that's how you get fat. Just slowly do it for a year. Add an extra ham and cheese sandwich to your meals. You can also eat a side of greek yogurt mixed with protein powder after every meal. You need to get creative.
Go to jewtube and watch what I eat in a day to bulk videos

No, you can measure circumference vs abdominal circumference.
>Eat more meat and dairy.
Meat is not vegan, it is evil to eat meat (except human meat).
>You shouldn't be upping the calories by a lot; that's how you get fat.
But I eat too little, I don't gain mass.
>You can also eat a side of greek yogurt mixed with protein powder after every meal.
I cannot eat such items because glowniggers could put lead into them.

No wonder you look like that

Chicken is not vegan.

Would really like to jiggle your skin, just for the experience

You're just wasting your life since that can't be fixed.
>>
How do preggo women prevent loose skin? Why cant obese people use the same technique when losing weight to prevent loose skin?

This is not my photo, not my belly. I posted it because 4chan requires images.

>>76794591
Obese people have 3 times bigger stomach than pregnant women.
>>
Good progress?
>>
>>76794591
Easy, getting pregnant is normal, being 600 pounds is not. Some women have stretch marks left over but a slightly swollen stomach for 9 months is not nearly as bad as bulging at the seams for 10 years

I thought there was some magic cream or oil they apply. Surely theres a way to avoid loose skin when losing weight fast, by constantly applying some firming type ointment or whatever
>>
This is genuinely so scary, it's like you're a prisoner in a sack of loose, dangling skin. Ill-fitting clothes that you can never take off...
>>
>>76792536
would, she is probably cute on the inside and loose skin is soft like a dogs ear would love to drown in her.
>>
>>76792536
How could you even let this shit happen to yourself?
>>

You should TVPmaxx. Textured vegetable protein has around 60 calories per 10g of protein. It's also cheap as fuck.
>>
>>76796304
It's processed food and gives cancer.

I suggest you eat more tofu if you are vegan.
100g contains about 15g of protein.
There are many delicious tofu recipes.

Who cares about cancer, we're freaks.
>>

I checked supermarket, no tofu there.
