Wrist wraps, time, PT, form.
It sucks, but you need to give it time to heal, do other chest exercises while it does. Look up proper form and how to do it, practice with an empty bar. Get Wrist straps or lifting gloves that have the wrist wraps. They keep your wrist from flexing when lifting the bar, which puts strain on the tendon in the elbow. You want to use your chest and arms to lift, not your wrist.

You should probably wait a bit for the inflammation to go down, also these exercises really helped me

Alright just give it to me straight, that's a man isn't it?

I suspect all elbow problems come from pull rather push exercises. As such I suggest reverse wrist curls with mini bands at the end of every session. if you don't do pulls then it's clearly a triceps weakness or incorrect form. if triceps extensions don't cure you then you need to play around with elbow position on bench

No, I messed mine up to a machine OHP. It's been a few months now is slow progress. Initially, I could hardly bench for a month.

I don't know if I have a tennis elbow but I had ulnar nerve and median nerve compression in both arms after doing chinups last month and now I found out recently that my left shoulder is unstable and same arm's ulnar nerve won't shut the fuck up.

I have this problem too but it isn’t from an injury, shit’s built wrong in one of my elbow joints and I can’t just wait for it to heal like other anons are saying. I’ve looked into this pretty thoroughly and I don’t think there’s a fix outside of surgery or mitigation via limiting your rom, surgery would kill your gains and require PT and mitigation will always lead to imbalances between your two arms. Idk ai just mitigate and try not to think about it, will probably go for surgery when I get medical insurance or something.

First thing I'd try with chinups is doing them with your fists together aka close grip but closer. Then do the reverse wrist curls after. I used to have shoulder and elbow pain from chinups. This cured it.

I'm never doing chinups again, I don't know what happened, but I've been dealing with random pains in my head/neck/shoulders/arms for past month and last things I remember doing was chinups before random weightless items started falling from my arms for no reason.
I'm just going to progress to a proper pullup, don't have time for this noob trap.

This shit right here, with the exercise called Tyler Twists, look them up on youtube. Traction is the number one way to fix tendon issues.
