It is low in the worst and least healthy amino acid, methionine. The only downside is that it's not a "complete" protein, missing tryptophan. But your daily tryptophan requirement is less than a single gram which can be effortlessly attained by eating other proteins or by just adding some tryptophan powder to your broth.
