i've been on keto for ~6 months now and lost 20 pounds of fat while gaining maybe 4-5 pounds of muscle. I want to keep doing this diet because it makes me feel good, but now that I'm done losing fat I'm worried that I'm leaving gains on the table by not being able to eat enough consistently.

If you feel like you still need more carbs go for veggie sources like peas etc., don't go the sugar / simple carb route because you won't gain anything except empty calories and body fat
