Have a puffy face and used to be much slimmer.

I know you can't target fat loss, but I really need to lose face fat before meeting my bf in Thailand next year.

I asked chatgpt what should be my routine for aggressive fat loss and strenght retention, but it's giving me safe politically correct answers that are not "hazardous to my health". Obviously, I don't want that.

I have made my own plan. Can you please check if this is effective and sustainable for my goal?

- Plan to train 4x a week starting next week (Monday, Tueday, Thursday, Saturday)
- Upper body on workout Monday
- Lower body workout on Tuesday
- 30 min walk on Wednesday
- Full body workout on Thursday
- Rest or non intensive walk on Friday - 30 mins
- Full body workout on Saturday (Train to failure)

You really need to fucking run. 30 minute walk is fucking nothing and something you should ideally be getting from your day to day life already.

Just get some serious calorie burn going and don't be so afraid of carbs. If you do a proper run for an hour you can have a pint of chocolate milk after and still be in a deficit. If you don't overdo it,carbs might increase your weight because of glycogen, but that will be in muscles, not fat.

dunno it shouldn't be that hard to lose weight if you just get a bit more active.

you could also go out and do mdma or speed or something and dance all night (no alcohol but it literally doesn't matter if you have some soda as long as you are moving holy fuck you stupid joe rogan tards)

So im a plastic surgeon and sometimes there literally are people who are fat but they have an extra bone in their chin, so they have a strong jaw and chin no matter. The alternative is also true, where sometimes you dont have said bone, and will always have a fat face if that is you dont get the surgery, it is super painful and rather ineffective.

Otherwise people are right, carbs and sugar will make your face more bloated, cut out sugar entirely, and limit your carbs. At this point it's mostly just about calories in vs calories out, cause weightloss will make you more angular, swimming and rowing are most effective for weight loss, but honestly it's negligible, so as long as your workout is manageable just stick with it.
