I was manipulated by /fit/ to do 5 sets of heavy squats, 3 days a week. I did this and on one day I fried my CNS (Central Nervous System) during squats and got permanent CFS (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome). I had to lie in my bed and was unable to do physical activity.After about 15 years I finally recovered and I am able to train, but no squats. They are devil.FUCK /fit/ and Rippetoe.

Basically as you guys know the entire body is an interconnected muscular chain. There are antagonists etc that pull on the other muscles. My body has been in a constant state of tension and discomfort for almost 4 years and it even makes breathing slightly difficult. The good news is that my body is constantly building massive amounts of muscle and all I really have to do is rest stretch eat etc
