3pl8s for 8 was my peak and it took me almost a decade to achieve it. Sure, if I knew how to properly diet and build a routine from the start, it'd probably take me way less time. I do agree with you though since I was at 20%ish body fat and I didn't knew a single natty in the five gyms that I trained across the years with those numbers.
