It's me, Mark
Now I am about 8% bodyfat 68.5 kg, very light, but I can close captains of crush 2 for 4 reps still. I have not lost any strength.
The method I use is high volume Kettlebell Swings combined with Pushups done daily.
Sometimes I do Pullups and I try calisthenics skills as well.
I maintain a Lean bodyfat percentage while eating whatever I want, On 2 antipsychotics ! That proves the effectiveness of my fat loss method.

I am no longer on any kind of diet.
I let go of controlling the eating a few months back. Now I am sleeping well again. My diet is balanced, in my eyes.
But no, I have never actually though of that. Yes I do think it has effected my mental health in a negative way. I was bullied when I was young because I was fat, and when I turned 15 I became very thin by starving my self and doing bicep curls, and then the bullying stopped, that is why I am like this now because this is subconciosuly ingrained in my head.

There are different forms of niacin and iirc Ray was against one of them, I think nicotinamide.
Regardless, my takeaway from his work is that there are a lot of different ways to increase the metabolism and you have to find the one(s) that you are missing right now.
For me, a low-pufa, high sugar/calcium/salt was a good start, but there was so much more I needed in order to fix my symptoms.
Gotta be honest though, I never was on anti-psychotics.

I'm not the other anon but you are wrong. 8% is peeled. 8% looks like an anatomy chart with skin. The problem is dexascans are innacurate and every slightly lean person thinks they're 8%. And people that are actually 8% get told they're 3% or something retarded. You try to look up photos of 8% and the results are all over the place. I'm not hating on Mak but he is about 15%.
