Probably around 14%. Your abs don't have deep bands of connective tissue or you just store fat it's why they're not visible and you'd probably have to cut lower than most to see them or make them huge. I rep the entire 300 lb stack on my gym's ab machine 10+ times and don't have visible abs either at 14% with a 26 inch waist. Shit's unfair but you'll get over it or develop an eating disorder.

i never went to gym in my lifetime, i juts spam dips and pullups and i recently started to do knee ups on the dips or the pullup bar so i just think i dont have enough abdominal muslces in the first place, i am on deficit i just spam caffeien and diet coke till i get to 12. I highly doubt i am 14 %

I'd get to a gym then asap pf is like $15 a month. It's insane how much weight you can put on all your lifts in 3 or 4 months even if you've been doing calisthenics or weightlifting with static weights for years. Increasing load is just such an insanely productive part of resistence training it's mind boggling how people can convince themselves of how anything else can work if they haven't tried that.

Why does /fit/ always overestimate body fat %?
I had a fucking Hydrostatic weighing body fat % test done and got 9.8% BF.
DEXA scan that said I was 10.0% BF
But /fit/ kept saying I was 18-19% BF.
>>
>>76801571
Most people underestimate their fat though. I tend to be on the safer side so I can account for my own errors
>>
>>76801783
Adding 10% to some anons BF% is margin for error anon.
That's just blatant gaslighting.
>>
>>76801571
Is this a recycled bot thread? I swear I've seen a post identical to yours before. Same jpg and everything.
>>
>>76801791
I just downloaded that photo two days ago so probably not anon.

Some combination of learning from dumb infographics, not actually calculating it or looking at it often in contexts besides their own, use body builders as a baseline, think in volume instead of weight, can't visualize one in relation to the other. There's just a lot of ways you can go wrong if you're not at least practiced in using calipers. Might not be perfect but it's good enough.
