Longer legs and a shorter torso are more aesthetic for both men and women. Also most of your perceivable muscle mass should be in your lower body for aesthetics. For men about three fifths of total mass and for women about four fifths. Fight me.

I honestly think long torso with short legs is more aesthetic than long legs and short torso, for both men and women. Women because it generally makes the thighs, hips, and ass look better and it when they walk it tends to be more hip centric. If a girl is 5'10" she's going to have "long legs" technically, but proportionally she'll look better with shorter legs to torso ratio.
