after 16 days of sobriety i rewarded myself with a bottle of vodka and three beers. still only 300kcal above my TDEE. trained 6 day prior to drinking, gonna give me 1 day rest tomorrow. how do yall alcoholics balance drinking and fitness?

>>76799571My way of balance was just cutting waaayyy back on drinking. The hangovers and fucked up sleep patterns just weren’t worth it. I’ll still have a few beers from time to time but I simply no longer enjoy getting wasted enough to justify the consequences. Had to quit weed too for a different reason. Sobriety isn’t much fun, but it’s been better than the alternatives.
