I am going to be going to a place soon where there are many threats, I will need to steal something valuable (it actually belongs to an old great great family member, a heirloom) the place is heavily guarded and I cannot under any circumstances be spotted.What kind of exercise routine and diet can help me become small and nimble, able to crawl through tiny vents, cracks in walls, fit into pipes to pass by patrols and search parties undetected?I know it's a very low calorie diet, I will barely be able to keep myself nourished, matter of fact it's probably best I stay malnourished so I can be more thin and nimble, and emit less body odor because the guards can smell that too.As for the exercise routine, I'm betting it's calisthenics, climbing, jumping, lots of cardio, I need to be able to jump high and run across walls and swing on ropes and stuff.What do you all think?Pic related is a ninja gun.
