Is bread /fit/?
>>
>Yes, bread can be a fitness-friendly food, but it depends on the type and how it's prepared. Whole-grain and sprouted bread are beneficial because they provide essential complex carbohydrates for energy, plus fiber, vitamins, and minerals. Choosing the right kind of bread can fuel workouts and support an active lifestyle, while being mindful of portion sizes and added ingredients is key to a healthy diet.

lmao, shut the fuk up. breads are breads. if you are picky about preservatives, just avoid the ones with such. the fresh breads from ur local bakery wouldn't even come close to some frozen breads at ur local super market like the ezekiel. stop acting like you know shit you uneducated mf'er.

anyone eat Lupin or Ezekiel bread?
>>
>>76801498
ezekiel and dave's are super high quality but not worth the money. just get the grocery store brand's whole grain / multigrain imo
>>
>>76801498

ezekiel is inedible for most ppl. may be the cinnamon is an exception, but nowdays, it's like $10 a loaf.

another option is mighty mill. dave's seems fishy to me.

>bread from a bakery
Imagine not baking your own bread. It's five ingredients: flour, yeast, salt, sugar, water. How could this be too much for you.
>>
>>76800828
No. Beef and eggs is all you need basically

Too many ingredients man.

My bread is three. Flour, water, salt.
>>

Why?

I buy Tesco sourdough multi grain bread and its identical to the one from my local bakers.

Fresh made bread tastes so much better. For the same calories, you're better off getting a better experience. And it's fucking easy. I make my own no-knead sourdough and it's three ingredients, and legit 5-10 mins of hands-on time. The rest of the time the dough is just doing it's own thing.

I absolutely will. I love bread and I love lifting weights.
I could pull your arms off.

Sigh.
>>
>>76802592
How do you make your bread? I love baking, but I struggle to fit it in my schedule.
>>

I agree. Making bread at home out of simple ingredients is the best: flour, water, yeast and salt.

No store bought bread can compare. It requires very little effort, but it does take time. From start to finish it takes a few hours and there is some trial and error involved.
