Do your kettlebell exercises, comrade! Remember. Be strong first!
>>
Using momentum for every exercise doesnt make you strong

Nice work, comrades.

i dont lift. I train. I dont swing around iron like a fucking retarded baboon.
>>
i do swings to warm up for leg day because i occasionally do barbell c&j's so the movement is nice
outside of that i hurt my shoulder doing kettle bell cleans and every other movement seems... gimmicky
around the world, halos, get ups all seem like good conditioning. for what though i have no idea.
>>
Clean and jerk/snatch and some GPP lifts for these two exercises are more than enough for me.
>>
Big fan of snatch and c/p for time.

Ive been playing around with a routine based on C+P, goblet squats, and swings. Only a few sessions in but like it.

even the people who advocated for kettlebells hardcore went back to barbell training. kettlebells is only good for scamming people
>>

Really?

Started barbell training at a young age. Got decently strong.. Got sick and tired at retarded people and kids with broccoli hair at the gym.
(always thought kettlebells were retarded and gimmicky). Until I started training from home. It is a good tool to get strong and fit to a certain point. Still hate people that say you only need kettlebells to get strong. It depends on your training goals.

For absolute strength I would choose barbells.
To get stronger than your peers and have better cardio I would choose kettlebells
>>

Yes, you're not going to be stronger than someone who can load as much weight onto a barbell.

>To have better cardio
I would just do cardio if its going to be the cope for using kettlebell. I don't mind kettlebells but it should be supplemental, not the main equipment used for any sort of serious training.

On the cardio part. I just enjoy doing it with kettlebells more than lets say running or biking.
