Know the signs. This is kekke spam.
>>76801608It's going to drastically increase your appetite. It's given by vets to animals as an appetite stimulant.
>>76801759what are the signs
>>76801608Half a tablet before bed (7.5 mg) should be fine taken for 2 weeks while you reset your sleep schedule and habits should be ok [not medical advice], wouldn't recommend taking it (or any antidepressant) for longer than a month if you value your brain chemistryMirtazapine mildly stimulates opiod receptor and inhibits alpha adrenergic receptor so it should lull you to sleep nicelyHowever it does increase your appetite like crazy, if you're on a bulk that's great

>>76802380Note that apparently (according to my dr) the smaller the dose you take the larger the sedative effect. I don’t how that works but that’s how it is so just take the normal dose prescribed to you. The increased appetite side effect for me was not really the issue, but the constant grogginess.I took this medication for a while for insomnia and while it does help you sleep I always felt groggy as hell the next day. 8 hours never felt like enough and getting up out of bed in the morning was always so difficult. Even on days where I got 10+ hours of sleep I never really felt rested. I’d say the positive of this drug is that it knocks you out which removes the anxiety and frustration of lying awake at night unable to sleep. But the negative is that even though I was getting so much more sleep I did not really feel any more rested that if I had barely slept. For me personally the method that cured my insomnia was reading into acceptance and commitment therapy. Specifically in The Sleep Book by Guy Meadows.Insomnia sucks but you can get rid of it without drugs. In fact I’d say that the only way to truly and permanently get rid of it is to do it without drugs. It’s all about removing the fear and the negative reaction inside your mind to wakefulness at night time. It sounds dubious but it really is all in your mind and related to your thoughts, so that’s where change needs to happen. Anyway I won’t go too deep into it, it’s all in the book I mentioned. Best of luck to you friend
i was put on this once, i could not function on itthats my anecdote, enjoy
I have used this for years, its nearly fool proof way to fall asleep. Early symptoms for me were unbeleviable lust for food, I was almost eating flour from a bag if my fridge was empty, but after 1-2 weeks it passed and never happened again.
>>76802960Also, forgot to add dose for me is 7,5mg per night. Its a low dose so there wont be any SSRI effects, for me atleast. (i.e anything affecting your dick.)
>>76801608Here’s my honest assessment:>dr says lower dose is more potent for sleep effects, in my experience 30mg is more sleepy effects than 15, and so on>will KNOCK YOU THE FUCK OUT>will give you ravenous carb cravings >sleep for me is still interrupted a couple times a night, but much better than without>you will feel groggy as fuck and a little nauseous upon waking, but if you get moving it subsides I’ve tried over ten different pharmaceuticals. I have had sleep issues since I was a baby and they have never gotten better. This is sort of like a monkey paw deal, but for me it’s either sleep like a rock and feel sleepy the next day or lie awake for hours trying to sleep, then wake up 4-6 times throughout the night, and feel absolutely useless the following day. Gains are good, you will eat a lot before bed just make sure to work that in to your total daily food consumption and maybe skip a meal or whatever earlier in so you can smash before bed. Here’s body, I take 15-30mg of remeron and 60mg cymbalta daily
