>>76801969Im 38, ive been lifting since i was 16.My bodyfat sits around like 25-30% unless I am super restrictive with my diet, then it goes down to like 18-22%. Lowest its ever been was about 15% bodyfat, but that was about 1 year of grinding away at a calorie deficit so hard that I almost died.
